Warranty - Cancellation - Privacy Policies

We know that once you own a Best Seat, you will not want to be without it. We maintain the best level of customer support and service you can get anywhere.

If your Best Seat fails for any reason, ship it to our service department and it will be repaired or replaced for you within 2 working days, GUARANTEED!

Please include $15.00 in the package you return the cushion in to cover the cost of return shipment to you. If you have not sent in your warranty card, send proof of purchase on all warranty repairs. Remember: Include the charger if yours is a rechargeable model. For out of warranty repairs please include your telephone number so we can call you with the cost of any repairs after checking the cushion out.

In no case will repairs ever be more than 70% of the cost of a new unit. In the unlikely event of that, we would totally replace the unit with a new Best Seat.

BEST SEAT will repair or replace any part of a BEST SEAT product that fails to operate within design limits at no cost to the original purchaser, except shipping costs. Shipping costs include the cost to ship to the customer, and the cost to return the product to BEST SEAT. 

Please return defective products in the same packaging if possible. We will return product to you in package you used to ship to us.

Let BEST SEAT bill shipping costs to your credit card, or include a check for amount of the cost of shipping to us.

We are not be responsible for neglect, abuse, or accidental damage that causes a malfunction of the product. If our inspection reveals one of the above causes, we will phone you with an estimate of charges before repairing or replacing the item.

All Best Seat products have a 6 month warranty. All Mattresses have a one year warranty. Proof of purchase is required.

Cancellation Policy

We try to ship orders the same day we receive them or the next business day thereafter.

We consider you order complete when we place it in the shipper’s hands.  This can be the USPO, FedEx or UPS.

If you cancel after we have shipped your order, you will be responsible for shipping charges both to you and return, plus a 10% restocking fee to cover the cost of added paperwork caused by your cancellation.

 

RETURN POLICY

• Please provide proof that you purchased the product from BEST SEAT. Also provide your phone number so we can contact you. 

• Return items purchased from a BEST SEAT dealer to that dealer. Dealers have their own return policies.

• BEST SEAT will refund the entire purchase price of any item, less a restocking charge of 20% of the purchase price.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

• Items must be in original packaging and include all pieces in the original shipment. Don't forget to include chargers.

• BEST SEAT reserves the right to reduce your refund for missing goods, goods damaged by abuse, or packaging that's damaged or missing.

The BEST SEAT product that you have purchased is covered by a 100% warranty for a term starting from date of purchase, payable to the original purchaser of record. Your warranty covers all parts and systems for materials and workmanship. The term of the warranty is specific to the type of product purchased:
